At Sowbaghya, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 Hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
- During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may slightly increase.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
- International shipping: Charges per kg (Volumetric Weight will be calculated).
- Same day delivery: ₹100 - ₹300 extra (Within Chennai).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email. You can track your order directly through our courier partners.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Please note that re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
Address Changes
Address modifications are only allowed before shipment. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot change the delivery address.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must share clear photos and a continuous unboxing video to support your claim.
International Shipping
We can also do International shipping. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers.
